Couples therapy can help you and your partner rebuild connection, improve communication, and work through conflict with empathy and intention. Areas I support: Communication breakdowns Intimacy and trust issues Life transitions (parenthood, immigration, career changes) Cross-cultural and intergenerational challenges Navigating parenting as a team I offer a balanced and respectful space where both voices are heard and where healing is possible, even if things feel stuck right now.

What to Expect

Initial Consultation

A free 15–20 minute call to see if we’re a good fit

Session Length

Typically, 50 minutes, but 70 minutes and 90 minutes are also available if needed.

Format

Virtual (secure video sessions) through Jane App. HIPAA Compliant

Frequency

Weekly, biweekly, or as needed, flexible based on your needs

  • Psychotherapy sessions are virtual( meet from the comfort of your home) 
  • Timings: 10 am-3:30 pm. Evenings are available from 6pm to 10pm with a time/day consultation.
  • some weekends available on request.
